Work Orders

Work Orders are generated in two ways: automatically and manually. readyAsset generates automatically maintenance work workers at different times(weeks, days, months) set by the user. Also you can create your own Work Orders as you need on the time.
You can create, modify, cancel, assign work orders to users. You can indicate the amount of money spent on the work, time, labor and others cost. In the Control Panel for Work Orders you see a work order list and the status of them with cost associated.
Fast maintenance management
The Software shows in colors which elements of your company needs maintenance, upfront, this information is very easy to see on the system trough the assets panel which contains the assets, its status, last maintenance and when you should be prepared to work on another maintenance task.
Automatic generation of Maintenance Work orders
Thanks to the scheduling of preventive maintenance tasks, the system generates work orders to be completed for the scheduled task. You can schedule maintenance tasks by time or units worked, like kilometers or gallons.

Identify maintenance Costs
Very easy you can know by assets or groups how much you have spent on maintenance by selecting the history of work orders completed on a period of time (weeks, months and years) and different categories.
Scheduling Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance
You can select between two methods in order to keeping your asset health and working all time, the first method is by scheduling maintenance task on a time basis. The second one is a corrective maintenance, this means that every quantity of units you command the software to generate a task that include details like: parts replacement and inspections instructions. This mean that you have a lot of flexibility in this important area.
Work Order History
Every Work Order that you create for an asset, after being closed, is taken to a repository that you can search by many filtering options like code, date, category,status, etc. This list helps you to make conclusions about the equipment, if it is time for replacement.
Reliability and data backups
The software help you when is time for a backup in order to save you from data lost, that is a so important part of your business. This tool can be loaded inside the software and outside it.

Assets Localization
The systems allows to group your company assets by physical localization for easy administration of work orders, maintenance tasks and reporting on the complete company or in a physical localization only.
Parts and tools
In order to keep track of inventory control, you can track the parts use on every work order, also the tools used on those work orders. This helps to calculate direct cost on the labor executed.
Maintenance tasks
You can define every maintenance task that your company needs to improve preventive maintenance, including pictures, vendor details, tools, materials, hours to complete the task and the persons needed.
Multi user enabled
You can use readyAsset in an network environment up to 5 users (recommended), but if you want, you can give access rights to more users. The easy configuration dialog for enabling this feature is an easy task for any user.
Work Order documentation
In any Work Order you can save information in like, time spent, cost on labor, material costs, assets, people who worked, time worked, work solicited, work executed, kind of work order, status, date closed, pictures of the executed work.
Meters
You can capture the meters of and asset. After the equipment reach an specific number in production, it fires and work order to complete a predefined task. Also you can report how many gas you have spend on a quantity of units, to help you compare equipment performance and others aspects.
The meter report shows how many units and equipment have taken, the last meter and date. This reports is used by the personnel who drives the equipment.
Warranty information for equipment
You can provide important data for an asset, for example: when you bought it, acquisition price, who was the provider, warranty data, equipment serial information to help to know when is time to replace it or when you have high maintenance costs

On every work order you can know how much time was spent on maintenance in order to calculate and control costs.
Assets and Owners
If you sell maintenance services for others, just sell services then the software lets you manage that situation by indicating who is the owner of an assets. This is very useful when you provide services to others and want to manage- keep track of scheduling services or others equipment maintenance.
It is a very helpful feature because you can convert the system on a kind of ticket system.
Network database Configuration
You can change where is located your data, be on the local machine or in a remote Server. The important part of this is that it is an easy basic task that anyone can use.

We let you select between 15 important reports to manage your company or customers. Those reports will begin to grow with the group of customers that in the time will ask for specifics reports.
Multiple projects
Want to manage more than one equipment group? want to to schedule the maintenance of your home equipments with the same license? no problem.. you can have up to 3 projects in the same product license. This way you can handle different type of equiments.
